Well protected by an exterior construction in lacquered aluminium with double glazing and low solar factor windows, the apartments of the Intempo Residential Sky Resort enjoy a pleasant temperature all year round. A temperature regulated by an individual air conditioner, with low consumption heat pump. The rooms have large fitted wardrobes with white lacquered doors that are lined inside. The kitchens are perfectly equipped with all the top brands of white finish furniture, white high-strength countertops, stainless steel sinks, electric ovens, microwaves, dishwashers, hoods, and ceramic hobs and fridges. The bathroom, also cannot be said to lack anything, and includes a whirlpool bathtub. All the walls of the house are painted in white, equipped with a modern electrical installation, and the floor is covered by a porcelain stoneware pavement.
